ABOUT ME
Responsive design
Mobile phones are becoming more popular than computers. That is the reason why I try to make compatible projects with all devices, in line with the trends.
Simplicity
I consider design to be a key part of a project, and therefore I opt for attractive user interfaces without losing simplicity. Less is more.
Best practices
For both team and individual work, I consider very important to build a quality code: organized, simple, tested and reusable.
Latest technology
I am interested in new technologies and I believe in continuous training. The last technology I learnt was Gatsby, which is very trendy nowadays.
Nowadays
I am currently working for Interficie: a company that develops custom e-commerce and creative solutions for a big companies.
I am focused on JavaScript and my technology stack is as follows: React, Gatsby, Node, SQL and Express.
My story
I obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration and Management at the University of Barcelona in 2012. Once I finished my studies, I took up a career path as an accountant and I kept growing until I became Team Manager.
Six years later, I realized that this path no longer fulfilled me. I needed a new challenge where I could keep on growing as a professional.
All signs were appointing to programming and I felt an irresistible need to explore this field. Thus, in early 2019, I quit my job and started learning on my own. From September 2019 to December 2019, I was enrolled in a programming Bootcamp in Skylab to consolidate and expand my knowledge.
Passions
Besides programming, I am dedicated to following a healthy lifestyle: I pay close attention to what I eat and I do exercise regularly. Moreover, I love dancing, up to the point that I joined an amateur salsa dance company.

TRANSLATIONS
This page has been translated into several languages, it can be consulted in Spanish, Catalan, English and German. A little information about the translator:
I studied Translation and Interpretation at the Pompeu Fabra University (in Barcelona). My intention is to specialize in the world of technology, such as audiovisual translation, videogames or software localization. I also did my Final Year Project on websites localization, so I have some knowledge on the subject. I have done two Erasmus: in 2017 and in 2019 in German-speaking countries (Germany and Austria, respectively). When translating, I rely on CAT tools such as Memsource, Déjà Vu X3 or MemoQ. I believe that technology is human' s best ally!
